Returns
Due to the nature of our food and health products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, unless:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The package is tampered with at the time of delivery
To be eligible for a return:
- You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- Proof (images/videos) of the issue must be provided
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method
Replacement
Instead of a refund, you may opt for a replacement product at no additional cost, in case of:
- Damaged product
- Wrong item delivered
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Products returned without prior request
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
